Blend 40 – Ultimate Relax

Description

Blend 40 is our most “Relaxing” blend and, from head to toe – it will induce a sense of calm. Blend 40 has often been described as a “cuddle in a bottle”. Blend 40 is used extensively and effectively for those suffering from diverse addictions through to those living through grief or trauma or simply just needing to relax.

The oils: Neroli absolute to ease away tension, Sandalwood to deepen the breathing, Chamomile to calm the nerves, Clary Sage to calm the body and lift the spirit and Lavender to encourage a sense of equilibrium.

Using the blend: Blend 40 makes for an excellent massage oil (1 drop to 3mls oil) to be used in the evening for a very relaxing bath (5 drops in 5mls solubiliser per bath). To aid sleep, fragrance the bedroom using a burner (5 drops per fill) or make up a room spray (30 drops blend in 5mls surfactant topped up to 100mls with purified water).

Contra-indications: Avoid in pregnancy. Do not use if drinking alcohol.
